Dr. Groen is an international educational consultant and behavior specialist in private practice in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She has extensive expertise in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), child development, and parent education and training. Dr. Groen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and is a certified Parenting Coordinator for separating and divorcing families. Using an individualized, data-informed approach within a developmental framework, she translates research into practice to create outcomes that are sustainable and work for individuals and families. As a trained clinician, published research psychologist and educator, her behavioral, clinical, and consulting services are designed to improve the lives of children and families. 

Dr. Groen is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Behavior Analysis International, the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
